About Dream Grants
We believe our partners are best equipped to support the communities they serve, tackling the tough societal issues for which they were designed. As part of our mission, we will consider funding projects that our partners are passionate about and have developed a plan for. Grant application available by invitation only. If you would like your project to be reviewed for grant access, please email abeisiegel@sffcfoundation.org. Approved grants will be budgetary and reimburseable as expenses occur and are reported; you will not receive funding up front.
